Private aviation operates on a different rhythm to commercial travel. Departure slots move, arrival windows shift, and the handling agent on the ground is often the most reliable source of truth about what is actually happening at the terminal. We work with them directly rather than tracking a scheduled time and assuming it will hold.
When you book, we ask for your tail number or handling agent contact alongside your estimated arrival or departure time. From that point, we stay in communication with the FBO and adjust the chauffeur's schedule as the picture develops.
For departures, we factor your collection address, the drive time to the terminal, and any specific drop-off requirements the FBO has confirmed into the plan from the outset.
For arrivals, your chauffeur is at the agreed point - ramp side where access permits, FBO entrance where it does not - and luggage transfers directly from aircraft to vehicle without unnecessary intermediary steps.
