Short-notice bookings are accommodated when vehicles are available, but popular time slots - especially early morning airport departures and major event days - fill quickly. Are your prices fixed?

Yes, without exception. The figure in your quote is the figure on your receipt, provided the journey details remain as agreed. There is no surge pricing, no meter running in the background, and nothing added to the invoice without your prior agreement. If the plan changes, the quote is revised and confirmed with you before anything moves. Please note Parking charges are added to the fare at the end of the journey.

What does the price include?

Your quoted price covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, all in-cabin amenities, and a grace period at pickup. For airport transfers it also includes real-time flight tracking and a meet-and-greet inside the terminal, so the arrival is handled end to end. Anything beyond the agreed journey - additional stops, extended waiting past the grace period, tolls, or specific requirements such as child seats - is discussed and agreed when you book, never presented afterwards.

Parking charges incurred during the journey are the one item added at the end, and only at cost. The principle is that the figure you approve is the figure you pay: no meter, no surge, and nothing on the invoice you haven't seen coming. Can I receive an invoice for my journey?

Yes. An invoice and receipt are issued following every journey. For corporate accounts, invoicing is consolidated monthly and structured around your internal requirements. VAT receipts are available and issued correctly as standard.

Is there a booking fee?

No. The quoted price covers the journey in full. There are no platform charges, booking fees, or administrative additions of any kind.

Which airports do you cover?

Where will my chauffeur meet me on arrival?

Inside the arrivals hall, holding a board displaying your name clearly. Before you travel, we confirm the exact meeting point - terminal, level, and precise location - so there is no uncertainty when you come through. You will not be searching for your driver and your driver will not be searching for you.

What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?

Every flight is tracked in real time from departure. Your grace period begins from actual landing, not from the time the flight was originally scheduled to arrive. If a significant delay develops, we adjust the chauffeur’s schedule and stay in contact. You will not be charged for circumstances that are entirely outside your control.

How long is the waiting grace period at the airport?

A standard grace period is built into every airport transfer from the moment of landing, giving reasonable time to clear immigration, collect baggage, and pass through customs before your chauffeur's waiting time begins to count. The exact allowance varies by airport and booking type - a large international terminal is treated differently from a domestic arrival - and is confirmed when you book. Because it runs from actual landing rather than the scheduled time, a delayed flight never shortens it.

If you come through quickly, your chauffeur is already in position; if it takes longer than the allowance, waiting beyond the grace period is charged in 15-minute increments at the rate agreed in advance, with nothing added silently. For arrivals where you anticipate a slow clearance - connecting flights, peak periods, or travel with children - mention it when booking and we can plan a longer allowance up front.

Can child seats be provided?

Yes. Share the ages of any children in the party when booking and the correct seats will be fitted and ready. As much advance notice as possible is appreciated to ensure the right seat is available for your journey.

Can you accommodate oversized or specialist luggage?

Yes. Share the full picture of your luggage when you book - large cases, golf bags, ski equipment, pushchairs, mobility equipment, or specialist items such as instruments or sample cases - and we allocate a vehicle with the right capacity from the outset. This is confirmed before the day rather than resolved on the pavement at collection, which matters most at airports where a mismatch would mean a second vehicle and a delay.

Because passenger numbers and luggage trade off against each other, tell us both: a V-Class, for instance, carries a group comfortably but trades some boot space for seating, while a saloon suits two travellers with cases. For unusually large or fragile items we'll advise the best vehicle and how it will be loaded and secured. The aim is that everything you're travelling with is planned for in advance, not improvised.

How will I know when my chauffeur has arrived?

Your chauffeur’s name, direct contact (masked), and vehicle details are sent to you ahead of the journey. On the day, your chauffeur confirms they are in position at the agreed time. For airport collections, contact is made once you have cleared arrivals and are approaching the meeting point.

What if I need to adjust my pickup time on the day?

Contact your chauffeur directly or reach the operations desk by phone or WhatsApp. We will accommodate the change where vehicles and schedules allow. If the adjustment affects the price, that conversation happens before anything changes.

What if my chauffeur is delayed?

It is uncommon, but if any issue arises with your pickup we will contact you as early as possible - not when the problem has already affected your schedule. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, an alternative is arranged and you are kept informed throughout. The Star Standard applies to how we handle problems as much as how we handle straightforward journeys.

Can I request the same chauffeur for future bookings?

Yes. If you have travelled with a particular chauffeur and would like to request them again, let us know and we will do our best to arrange it subject to their availability on your dates.

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?

Accepted Answer

No. All DRVSTAR vehicles are strictly non-smoking throughout, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, however our chauffeurs will pull over at a safe spot to accommodate you.

Can I bring food and drink into the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Still and sparkling water are provided in every vehicle as standard. Light food and sealed beverages are generally accommodated. Hot food and open alcohol are not permitted. If you have a specific requirement - a hamper for a day at the races, for example - mention it at the time of booking and we will advise accordingly.

How do I choose the right vehicle?

Share your party size, luggage, and the nature of the occasion and we will recommend the most suitable class. As a general guide: the E-Class suits one or two passengers on executive city journeys. The S-Class is the right choice for VIP, principal, and high-profile travel. The V-Class serves groups, families, and those travelling with substantial luggage. The Range Rover brings presence and confidence on any road. The Maybach provides the finest rear cabin in the fleet for clients who require it. Executive minibuses and coaches handle larger groups. Do you offer electric vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fully electric EQE is the counterpart to the E-Class, the EQS to the S-Class, and the EQV to the V-Class, so you can choose an electric vehicle without stepping down in class or comfort - each offers the same in-cabin standard as its conventional equivalent with a zero-emission drivetrain and notably quieter progress. They suit clients with sustainability preferences and journeys through low-emission zones.

Request an electric vehicle when booking and we'll allocate one where available for your date and route; where an exact electric match isn't free, we'll tell you in advance rather than substitute silently. For corporate accounts an electric-preferred setting can be saved so it applies automatically across bookings.

What are the passenger capacities across the fleet?

E-Class and S-Class seat up to 3 passengers. V-Class seats up to 6 depending on configuration. Range Rover seats up to 3 passengers. Maybach accommodates 2 passengers in the rear. Executive minibuses and coaches begin at 8 passengers and scale upwards depending on the vehicle. Stated capacities are not exceeded under any circumstances.

It's the right arrangement when your day involves multiple stops, a schedule likely to evolve, or when you simply want a car consistently available and your belongings staying securely in it between movements. It suits investor roadshows, press days, private shopping, full-day corporate programmes, and event days where the plan may shift by the hour.

The chauffeur stays with you throughout, handles parking and access at each stop, and adapts as the day runs early or late, so you're never rebooking on the move. If, by contrast, you need a single direct journey from A to B, a point-to-point transfer is usually better value and we'll say so. Tell us how the day looks and we'll advise which arrangement fits and the minimum hours that apply.

What is the minimum hire period?

Yes, within a reasonable usage policy for your hire window. Journeys that extend significantly beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately and flagged before they apply. There are no mileage surprises presented at the end of the day.

Peak dates, private aviation transfers, and specialist arrangements can carry more specific terms, all shared and agreed upfront.

Booking details, travel companions, and destinations are treated as confidential by every member of the team and by the chauffeurs, who operate under the same expectation; where a more formal arrangement is needed, NDAs are available and handled discreetly.
