We engage chauffeurs on a self-employed basis as well as through employed arrangements, depending on availability, volume, and the nature of the work - and the structure that suits your situation is discussed during the application process rather than fixed in advance. Many of our chauffeurs value the flexibility a self-employed arrangement offers, while regular, high-volume work sometimes suits a more settled arrangement; we're open to both. What doesn't change with the structure is the standard: presentation, discretion, punctuality, and the way you represent the DRVSTAR name are the same whether you're employed or self-employed.
If you're already operating as a licensed private-hire driver with your own arrangements, we can talk through how that fits.
