Once your booking is confirmed, your chauffeur monitors the inbound flight and adjusts the pickup to the actual landing time, so a delayed or early arrival is handled without you needing to call or rebook. We plan for the walk through immigration and baggage reclaim as well, rather than starting the clock the moment the wheels touch down. If a flight is diverted or significantly delayed, our team stays in contact so the car is where you need it when you clear the terminal. For departures, we watch traffic on the day and adjust the collection time if conditions change, keeping the buffer your schedule needs. The aim is simple: whatever the flight does, the car is ready and you are not left waiting or paying for time you did not use.
For arrivals, your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a nameboard, then walks with you to the car and handles your luggage on the way. You will not be sent a car-park level to find on your own or left to locate a driver by phone at the kerb. Before you travel we confirm which terminal you are landing at, so the meeting point is agreed in advance and your chauffeur is in position as you come through. Heathrow's Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 each work slightly differently, and your chauffeur is familiar with all of them. If you would prefer a kerbside pickup instead of a hall meet, simply tell us when you book and we will arrange the collection point that suits you best.

When you book, we ask which terminal your flight uses so the pickup point is set correctly and your chauffeur is positioned there in advance rather than moving between terminals on the day. For connections that involve moving between terminals, or for a same-day return where you land and depart from Heathrow, we can hold the same car and chauffeur for the day so you are not rebooking each leg. For a pre-dawn departure the car arrives with time in hand for the drive and check-in, and for a late landing your chauffeur waits and tracks the flight so a delay does not leave you stranded. We recommend booking ahead for the busiest travel periods and overnight slots so the right vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for you, but we will always do our best to help at shorter notice.
