Coverage

Cruise terminals we cover

Southampton Cruise Terminal

Southampton is the United Kingdom's principal cruise port, handling departures for P&O, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, MSC, and most of the major lines operating from British shores. The port operates across four terminals - City, Ocean, Mayflower, and the Queen Elizabeth II Terminal - each serving different lines and berths. Share your cruise line and sailing details at the time of booking and we will confirm the correct terminal and drop-off point in advance. The drive from central London takes around 90 minutes in normal conditions, and your chauffeur arrives ahead of schedule with time built into the route to deliver you unhurried.

Dover Cruise Terminal

Dover handles the majority of cruises departing towards Northern Europe, the Baltic, and repositioning sailings across the Atlantic. It sits around 90 minutes from central London via the M20, though this extends on busy travel days and during peak season. We confirm the exact berth location once your sailing details are provided and plan the route accordingly. Dover sailings frequently require early morning collections, and your chauffeur will be at the door at whatever hour the schedule demands.

Tilbury Cruise Terminal

Tilbury is the closest major cruise terminal to central London, positioned around 25 miles east of the city in Essex. It serves a growing volume of departures, particularly for Fred. Olsen, Saga, and expedition-style voyages, and the shorter transfer time makes it a naturally convenient option for London-based travellers. The same preparation and standards applied to every DRVSTAR booking apply here without exception.

Other UK Cruise Ports

Portsmouth, Harwich, Liverpool, and other UK departure points are covered on request. If your sailing departs from a port not listed here, get in touch with your details and we will confirm availability and a fixed quote.

Space For Every Case

Luggage and preparation

Cruise travel involves considerably more luggage than a standard city transfer, and the vehicle needs to reflect that from the outset.

Large cases, cabin bags, specialist equipment, and mobility aids all require space that is confirmed and allocated before the day - not worked out on the pavement at collection.

When you book, we take your full luggage details and assign a vehicle with the right capacity from the start. Your chauffeur handles every case at your front door and again at the terminal, so you arrive without having lifted anything yourself.

Coming Home

The return journey

For return transfers following disembarkation, the same principle applies. Disembarkation windows can shift depending on the vessel's arrival and port scheduling.

We monitor the sailing where possible and remain in contact with you on the morning of arrival. Your chauffeur will be at the terminal when you come through - cases loaded, route planned, and the journey home already under way.
