What we look for

Professional standards

⦁ Hold a valid TfL private hire driver’s licence
⦁ Minimum 3 years’ professional driving experience in luxury/executive transport
⦁ Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years
⦁ Exceptional knowledge of London geography, routes, and traffic patterns
⦁ Excellent customer service skills with a focus on discretion and confidentiality
⦁ Professional demeanor: courteous, punctual, and well-mannered at all times
⦁ Ability to handle high-profile clients with tact and professionalism
⦁ Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
⦁ Certified in defensive driving and advanced vehicle handling
⦁ Background-checked and security-cleared

Vehicles

⦁ Premium luxury brands only: Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, V-Class, EQV, Maybach, EQE, EQS, or Range Rover Autobiography
⦁ Vehicles must be no more than 3 years old
⦁ Immaculate condition: no visible damage, scratches, or wear
⦁ Full service history and regular maintenance records
⦁ Comprehensive insurance coverage meeting TfL requirements
⦁ Equipped with climate control, premium sound system, and tinted windows
⦁ Onboard amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water, phone chargers
⦁ Spotlessly clean interior and exterior before every journey
⦁ Regular deep cleaning and detailing (minimum weekly)

Presentation

⦁ Chauffeurs must wear professional attire: dark suit, white shirt, tie, and polished dress shoes
⦁ Grooming standards: clean-shaven or neatly trimmed facial hair, well-groomed appearance
⦁ Personal hygiene: no strong fragrances or colognes
⦁ Professional conduct: no eating, drinking, or smoking in or around the vehicle
⦁ Polite greeting and door service for all clients
⦁ Luggage handling with care and attention
⦁ Maintain calm, composed demeanor in all situations
⦁ Minimal personal conversation unless initiated by the client
⦁ Respectful of client privacy—no photography, recording, or sharing of client information

Short review

We check standards and service history. Successful applicants are invited to a brief induction covering platform use, service rituals, and venue access notes.

Start driving

You begin receiving bookings with app updates and clear schedules. Support is available on the radio and by phone for route help and client requests.
