These Terms and Conditions explain how we provide our chauffeur services. Please read them before booking. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1) Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” means Drvstar Ltd. “You” and “your” means the person or company placing the booking. “Service” means any chauffeur journey, including one-way, hourly, airport, tours, events, and weddings. Other defined terms used below follow their ordinary meaning in English law and as set out in our detailed standard terms.

2) Bookings

How to book. You can book online, by phone, WhatsApp, or email. A contract starts when we send written acceptance or a booking confirmation. Quotes can be revised until accepted in writing.

Information you provide. Please share accurate pickup details, times, flight numbers, passenger count, luggage notes, access instructions, and any special requirements.

Changes. Tell us as soon as possible if your plan changes. We will confirm any price update before proceeding. Time is not of the essence and chauffeurs will never exceed legal limits.

3) Pricing and payment

Quotes. Most services are offered at a fixed price based on time, distance, vehicle class, and journey specifics.

What is included. Your booked vehicle, a professional chauffeur, and a sensible grace period. Extras such as additional stops, overtime, parking, tolls, or congestion charges may be added if not already included.

Payment. We accept major cards and approved account invoicing. Standard terms for corporate accounts are agreed at onboarding. VAT applies at the UK rate. Late payment interest may apply as set out in our tariff.

4) Waiting time and delays

Airports. We track flights and include a standard grace period from actual landing. Further waiting can be chargeable.

Other pickups. A grace period applies, then waiting may be charged in 15-minute blocks at the hourly rate.

5) Cancellations and no-shows

Free cancellation windows vary by location, service type, and vehicle class. We show the policy at checkout. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Some peak dates and international services carry stricter terms.

6) Vehicles and upgrades

We aim to supply the exact model booked. If needed, we may provide an equal or higher class at no extra cost. All vehicles are roadworthy, licensed, insured, and maintained to manufacturer standards. Seating capacity cannot be exceeded. Vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

7) Safety and conduct

Seat belts must be worn by all passengers. Tell us ages in advance if you need child seats. The chauffeur may refuse unsafe luggage or terminate a journey if behaviour risks safety. We cannot accept liability for property left in the vehicle, though we will help with returns where possible.

8) Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, industrial action, telecommunications failures, or mechanical failures despite proper maintenance.

9) Liability

We act with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Unless the law states otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the service in question. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10) Data protection

We handle personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy. In many corporate bookings the customer is the data controller and Drvstar acts as processor under the contract.

11) Complaints

Please contact us with your booking reference. We aim to acknowledge promptly and resolve fairly and quickly.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
